A cleanout is a door to your sewer line. It makes cleaning, inspection and emergencies faster and cheaper.
A sewer cleanout is a capped access pipe that gives direct entry to your line. Without one, a technician has to pull a toilet or climb on the roof to reach the line, which costs time and risks damage. With one, cleaning and camera inspection are quick and clean.
Plumbing codes commonly call for cleanouts at key points, such as where the line leaves the building and at intervals along long runs, and older homes often have none, or have an old cap buried or broken. We install new cleanouts outside and inside, matched to your line and set flush with the lawn or slab.
