Roots find tiny cracks and joints, then fill the pipe. We cut them out, flush the line and show you how to stop them returning.
Tree roots seek moisture and nutrients, and a sewer line is full of both. A hairline crack or an open joint in an old clay or cast iron pipe is enough for fine roots to enter, and once they do, they grow into a net that catches grease and paper until the pipe blocks.
We cut the roots with a root-cutting cable or a jetting nozzle, flush the debris away and then camera the pipe to see how much damage the roots left. If the pipe is sound, regular cutting keeps it clear. If the joints have failed, a spot repair or lining closes the entry points for good.
