A new pipe inside the old one, installed through a small access hole. No trench across your lawn or driveway.
Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining is a way to renew a sewer line from the inside. A felt tube saturated with resin is pulled or inverted into the old pipe and inflated against the walls, then cured with steam, hot water or light until it hardens into a smooth new pipe within the old one. It seals cracks and joints, stops roots, and restores flow.
Because it needs only a small access pit or an existing cleanout, lining usually avoids trenching through landscaping, driveways, patios and trees. It requires a clean, camera-inspected host pipe, and it works best on pipes that are still in a continuous shape, so we assess your line carefully before recommending it.
